Citizen Supply accepts returns of any unwashed, unworn, undamaged, or defective item in its original packaging. Your item(s) must be in salable condition upon return to be eligible for a refund.*** We will accept online returns within 15 days of the arrival date of your package.
To return items by shipment:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs up to $5. For a prepaid label, please email hello@citizen.supply. Your account will be credited for the sale amount minus shipping fees exceeding $5. There are no refunds on original shipping amount paid when the order was placed.
To exchange items by shipment:
