We are so excited to offer studio poured candles by our In-Store Maker, Young Gentry. 

Each of these 9 oz candles was poured inside of Citizen Supply by the maker themselves. Their soy wax candles provide a clean burn you can feel good about. 

Burns for 55+ hours.  Please use caution when burning candles. 

Each candle poured into an Amber Glass vessel. 

Young Gentry donates 1 meal for each of their candles sold.

    Shipping Updates:

    Each order shipped will be packaged by someone from our team who is not experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19. Our team will carefully handle all goods and packages by continually washing our hands, sanitizing work surfaces, and/or wearing gloves and masks. We have limited the capacity in our storefront and work spaces during this time, until further notice. 

    Curbside Pick-Up: 

    1. Place your order on our website.
    2. Select 'Local Pick-up' at check-out as your delivery option. 
    3. Finish your order as normal. 
    4. You will receive an email notification when your item is ready for pick-up. Most orders are ready for pick-up within 24 hours, during business hours.

    Most orders are ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. We are currently able to offer curbside pick-ups during our business operating hours, Monday - Friday. 

    Where do I pick-up my order?

    Your order will be ready for pick up at our Ponce City Market location.

    Refund Policy:

    Extended COVID Return Policy:
    We are extending our Standard Return Policy from 15 days to 30 days until further notice. All other aspects of the Standard Return Policy below still apply. 

    Citizen Supply accepts returns and exchanges of any unwashed, unworn, undamaged, or defective item in its original packaging. Your item(s) must be in salable condition upon return or exchange to be eligible for a refund.*** We will accept online returns and exchanges within 15 days of the arrival date of your package.

    To return items by shipment:
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Citizen Supply will assist you in returning your order. For a prepaid label, please email Hello@Citizen.Supply. We are not able to offer refunds on the original shipping amount paid when the order was placed.

    To exchange items by shipment:
    Please email Hello@Citizen.Supply to start an exchange. 

    To exchange or return items in-store purchased online:
    Bring your items with your receipt to our storefront. 

    Gift Cards: 
    All gift cards are non-returnable. Online gift cards are only redeemable in the Citizen Supply online shop.
