Each order shipped will be packaged by someone from our team who is not experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19. Our team will carefully handle all goods and packages by continually washing our hands, sanitizing work surfaces, and/or wearing gloves and masks. We are extending our Standard Return Policy from 15 days to 30 days until further notice. All other aspects of the Standard Return Policy below still apply.
Citizen Supply accepts returns and exchanges of any unwashed, unworn, undamaged, or defective item in its original packaging. Your item(s) must be in salable condition upon return or exchange to be eligible for a refund.*** We will accept online returns and exchanges within 15 days of the arrival date of your package.

- any other condition that causes the item to not be salable after the return
